We finally moved out of our old house and into a new one this past weekend. We were glad to be moving to a better neighborhood and bigger house, but it was a little sad leaving our first home that we owned and the home that our babies were born in. The move went fairly smoothly. Sam and one of our neighbors did all the heavy lifting and I watched the girls. It is so much harder moving with kids and trying to entertain them while still packing things up and putting them away.

We are loving our new house! There is so much more room for us to spread out and Reagan finally has her own room! Sam stayed up until 1 a.m. for two nights in a row to paint it and put the furniture together so she can finally have her own space.

We took a long walk yesterday morning to explore Chimney Springs a little bit. We found a little mini park and then walked down to the lake to try and find some ducks. We did not find the ducks yesterday, but today we ventured out again and went to the big playground. Reagan used the baby swing for the first time and seemed to like it.

We found some Canadian geese down by the water and Hannah was instantly drawn to them. She ran right up to them and within a few minutes there were about 50 ducks headed right for us looking for food. Hannah was laughing and loved it!
We are hoping to get up to the pool in the next couple days and try that out. Hopefully we will meet some nice families with kids to play with! More pictures of the inside of the house to come once we get a little more settled!

We have been so busy the past few weeks! We are finally moving next week into a new house with more space and in a great neighborhood. We ended up renting our home out starting August 1st since we were not able to sell it. I think we found pretty good people so hopefully it will all work out okay. We are renting a home for ourselves too for a little while until we can buy. The house we are moving into is super cute and we are so excited! I found a new preschool for Hannah over by the new house. She will be going Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings starting the middle of August. I will also be switching to work night shift at work, so that I can spend more time at home on the weekends. It has been really hard not having any days where we are all home together as a family. I will be working Friday and Sunday nights and although I will be tired, this hopefully will allow me to spend time with the family on Saturday and Sunday. So our days have been filled with packing, patching up holes in the walls, painting, signing leases, getting rid of stuff we don't need anymore, buying new furniture for the new place while also trying to take the little ones out to do fun summer stuff. It has been very stressful to try to get everything done but will all be worth it in the end when the big move is all over. Wish us luck next week....we are going to need it!
Reagan is still not sure about tummy time, but enjoys it so much more when she can do it next to her big sis!

Reagan loves this little ducky just as much as Hannah did when she was little!

Once again Hannah has no clothes on, but she sure is happy! I would say 80% of the time she just wants to run around in her diaper!

Hannah's Party

Hannah's 2nd birthday party was a big success! We had it outside at the Kidstock Park in Woodstock. It was so hot, but the kids all had a good time and played in the water misters to cool off.
I was so proud of my cupcakes! They took forever to make, but they came out great. They got a little melted in the sun, but I was happy the kids all knew what they were supposed to be. Go Wonder Pets!!

Hannah's 2nd Birthday!

Our sweet little Hannah turned two today! She is getting so big. Her party is going to be on Saturday, but today we just spent the day as a family and tried to make today extra special for her! It all started with some presents as soon as she woke up!
Daddy got to stay home from work today! Yea! Reagan was very interested in watching Hannah open some presents.
Some new blocks are always fun!
We decided to go to Southern Prep in the morning. This place is great and Hannah loves it! It is a gymnastics gym, but they are also open for open play times where the kids can just go run around and bounce on all the equipment. They have trampolines, swings, stuff to climb on, a bounce house and pits of foam to jump into.

Hannah and Daddy were checking out the spring-loaded floor

Time for lunch and a nap after playing hard this morning!
This desk was a big hit. Stocked full of new arts supplies for the birthday girl. She loved it!
Then we moved to the backyard, or "back of yard" as Hannah likes to say. Grandma and Grandpa Dergosits got Hannah this turtle sandbox for her birthday. She loves the sandbox at the park, but is not too sure about this one yet. She would not touch the sand because it was "too sticky."
Time to play in the pool. Mommy and Daddy even tried out the pool today and Reagan stuck her little toes in too.
mmmm..... Popsicle!
Hannah has been asking to make pizza the last couple days, so tonight we made pizza together. She was a great helper!

Time for a few more presents before bed. Thanks Grandma and Papa for sending birthday presents!
She loves this little outfit with the tutu and wanted to wear it to bed. We are all tired out from Hannah's day of fun. We love you little one! Happy Birthday!

Fun in the Bath!

Well, Reagan does not seem to having so much fun, but we were enjoying seeing them in the tub together!

Hannah is looking like she is up to trouble!

Her hair is completely out of control these days. Too short to put it all up, but a mess when it is down!
I am amazed by the speed at which Hannah can completely destroy her room. I swear her room was totally clean about five minutes before I found this.
