It's Electric!

After much research and discussion (mostly me convincing Sam), we are now the proud owners (leasers) of our first electric car.  Yes, not very practical with 3 kiddos, but we hope to use it for commuting and for me running around town during the days with 1 or 2 kiddos.  Hopefully it will save us a little money and help the planet too!

Halloween

Halloween was just as fun this year as always, but I really failed with the pictures this year.  A combination of me just not remembering and Ben hating his costume and hating having his picture taken these days, but here's what we did get.  Of course our annual visit to the pumpkin patch.  Ben only wanted to pull the wagon everywhere and got so mad when he kept getting stuck on all the pumpkins!  I couldn't manage to get a nice picture of all 3 kiddos together this year!

Everyone really got into carving the pumpkin this year.  We made 2, one a kitty pumpkin for Reagan and the other a big scary faced one.  I didn't get a picture of those either :(

Reagan was a black kitty for Halloween and super cute.  Hannah wore a variety of different costumes for all her Halloween events....Mermaid at the neighborhood party, Snow White in dance class and Sleeping Beauty on the big night!  Ben was supposed to be a duck but really didn't like his costume and we couldn't get one single picture of him in it.  Maybe next year!

Serendipity Camp

A couple week ago Hannah and I went to Girl Scout Serendipity Camp for the weekend. It was a great time spent alone with just one kiddo!  We went to Camp Meriweather and had a fabulous time.  I didn't take a ton of pictures, but we were totally not roughing it!  They had nice cabins (with heat), indoor bathrooms and electricity and a sink at our cooking area.  We went with 5 other mother/daughter pairs from our troop.  We spent the days making crafts, canoeing, hiking, cooking, singing, roasting marshmallows and Hannah went on a pony ride.  We will definitely be doing this again next year!
