Happy 4th of July!

We had a very festive and fun 4th of July this year and participated in all the great Chimney Springs activities!  Started early with the fishing contest, then on to the bike decorating contest/parade, then a pool party and cookout.  Hannah even won the hula-hoop contest at the pool!  They were still a little scared of the tiny fireworks we did in the driveway.  Maybe next time will be the year we go see the big ones!

Their first season of swim team is done!  I would call it a huge success since both girls are swimming by themselves very confidently!!

Just celebrated 11 happy years!  

Summertime!!

We have been playing hard this summer and have started implementing a summer quiet time.  They play so hard that they very often need a nap!

Baby Teeth

A couple weeks ago my mom, sisters and Ashley's boyfriend, Mark, came up to visit.  We had a great time together!  Our big outing was a trip to Stone Mountain Park.  They had never been before, and aren't too familiar with mountains, being from Florida and all, so it was a fun trip for everyone!

Hannah's 6th Birthday!

Hannah turned 6!  Her birthday celebration was awesome this year.  It felt like we were celebrating for 2 weeks!  First Sam's parents came down before her bday and we had a little fancy hat party and dessert, then my mom and sisters were here for her birthday and we celebrated again then, and after that she had her Chuck E Cheese party with all her friends.  It was a great time!
